Along your travels, you will meet companions that will join you as Followers.
After completing selected Chapters, Followers will be added to your Tavern > Followers screen.
Each Follower has their own unique ability, such as crafting items or increasing inventory space for example. Followers also have Side Quests you can play through to unlock rewards and collect Follower Crystals.
Follower Crystals are used later to evolve that Followers rarity.
Follower Rarity
Once a Follower reaches Level 5, you can Evolve their Rarity to the next tier. And then following this after every 10th level upgrade. So 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45.
To evolve a Followers Rarity you need to spend their matching Follower Crystals. These are rewarded for completing Follower Side Quests, completing Daily Challenges or some are available in the Shop.
Follower abilities
Under the Follower portrait is a list of their abilities. As your Follower's Rarity is evolved, these traits are upgraded!
Followers have various abilities, from being able to craft gear, make Spell pages and give gifts, upgrading others will increase your Gold caps, provide Loot Dungeon tickets or craft Shards! Also, some followers can produce resources per hour
