PvP Leaderboards & Scoring

Modified on Thu, 19 Jun at 2:19 AM

There are two leaderboards, Global and League. To place on one of these leaderboards, you complete PvP battles, earning Victory Points (VP).

Global Leaderboard

The Global Leaderboard displays the top 100 VP (Victory Points) scores.

A player will be able to view their Global Leaderboard rank at the bottom of the screen for comparison.

League Leaderboard

The League Leaderboard will display other players in your same League! This is also an opportunity to claim additional rewards, by placing high in your League leaderboard as well as the Global leaderboard.

There are 10 PvP Leagues: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Sapphire, Amethyst, Topaz, Ruby, and Diamond.

Moving Leagues

The league a player is first placed in is based upon which “Path” they are on in-game. The breakdown is as follows:

  • Players on Adventurer’s Path (Levels 1-100) are placed in the Bronze League.
  • Players on Guardian’s Path (Levels 101-250) are placed in the Silver League.
  • Players on Champion’s Path (Levels 251-500) are placed in the Gold League.
  • Players on Paragon’s Path (Levels 501-1000) are placed in the Platinum League.
  • Players on Exalted Path (Levels 1001+) are placed in the Emerald League.

After Emerald League players can work their way and progress to Sapphire, Amethyst, Topaz, Ruby, and Diamond Leagues.

These leagues will be made up of 29 other players.

You progress through the ranks in your bracket by earning weekly VP (Victory Points) from each battle.

Note: In the event of any tie that happens on a leagues rank, the older player account will win.

To climb to the next League, you need to finish the week in you League’s “Promotion Zone”.

  • The Bronze League’s “Promotion Zone” is the top 20 Players in a bracket.
  • The Silver League’s “Promotion Zone” is the top 15 Players in a bracket.
  • The Gold League’s “Promotion Zone” is the top 10 Players in a bracket.
  • The Platinum League’s “Promotion Zone” is the top 7 Players in a bracket.

You cannot go any lower than Bronze League.

If you do not play any PvP battles for the entire weeks event, you will not drop down a league.

At Weekly Reset, league brackets are reset and you will be competing against a new group of 29 other players!

PvP Scoring

When you win a PvP battle, you are rewarded Victory Points.

Your base rewarded VP is calculated from your level range.

Adventurer

Level 1-99

Guardian

Level 100-249

Champion

Level 250-499

Paragon

Level 500-999

Exalted

Level 1,000+

Base VP 10 20 30 40 50
Minimum VP 5 10 15 20 25
Maximum VP 25 45 60 75 90

Your rewarded base VP (before bonuses) is increased or reduced depending on if your opponent is a higher or lower level than you.

The higher level your opponent is, the more VP you will earn!

Bonuses are then applied to the base. You can earn bonus VP by completing the following actions in a battle.

Conditions Bonus Points
Match 4 Gems 2
Match 5 Gems 3
Match 6 Gems 4
Match 7 Gems 5
Match 8 Gems 6
Gain 2 extra turns 1
Gain 4 extra turns 2
Gain 6 extra turns 3
Gain 8 extra turns 4
Win in 10 turns or less 2
Win in 8 turns or less 4
Win in 6 turns or less 6
Win in 4 turns or less 9
Win in 2 turns or less 12
2 Troops* alive at the end of the battle 3
3 Troops* alive at the end of the battle 5
2 Troops* alive at the end of the battle 10
Destroy 1 enemy, in one shot 3
(can only be earned once per battle)

*This includes summoned troops.

For each type of condition met (matching, extra turns, etc), you will earn bonus points for the highest condition achieved.

For example: If you make a match of 4 and then a match of 6 Gems, you will get 3 bonus points and not 3+2 bonus points.

If you then later in the same battle make another match of 6, you do not get the bonus points a second time.

If you then made a match of 8 later in the battle, then you will get a bonus of 4 instead of the bonus 3 points from earlier, and not 3+4.

If you are rewarded any of these bonuses, a blue banner will slide in on the post battle screen, and they applied to the base amount of VP earned.

Blood Frenzy

Winning PvP battles in a region with an active Blood Frenzy will give a x2 bonus to Victory Points

Talismans

Some Talismans will increase the amount of VP earned from battles.
