The Issue
There are a couple of issues affecting battles currently, that cause the game board to lock and prevent Gems from falling in.
- Stellarix causes a soft lock at the end of battle
When Stellarix kills multiple enemies in one spell cast.
If many Gems are matched when casting Stellarix' spell.
These are just some examples that are affecting players at the moment
When the game is locked, the screen is frozen and you are unable to cast or interact with any gems on the battle board.
The Fix
This issue is currently under investigation by the development team.
There is no need to contact support.
