The Issue
Gold Mark Region bonuses are not appearing on the map, or being rewarded in Regions the day after their Citadel War.
Before contacting Support:
- Ensure you are Legionary VIII Rank or higher
- You are in the Alliance that won the Citadel War the day prior
- If the Icon is just not appearing, force close and relaunch Gems of War
- You have completed all 5 battles in the Gold Mark region
Please get in touch with Support as soon as possible after you do not receive the Gold Marks after completing the battles, be sure to mention the region you completed these battles in and include your invite code.
If you can also attach any screenshots of the region and the menu that appears when you tap on that region, which displays the "completed 5 battles... " text, that would also be helpful.
We will not compensate for battles not completed, due to not seeing the Gold Mark bonus icon.
The Fix
This issue is currently under investigation by the development team.
In some instances, restarting Gems of War or continuing to complete battles in other regions will trigger the Gold Mark region icon to appear, if it was not previously.
