Password Error: Token Mismatch

"Error: Token Mismatch" means that your email is already verified.


This error may appear if you are attempting to verify or link your game account in Gems of War.


If you have recently attempted to link an account, this means that the email address you are attempting to verify has already been verified correctly, producing an error. 


Linking accounts

If you are attempting to link accounts, to resolve this, open Settings > Account > Show your password. You can note this password down and use it to link your account to another device.

 

Recover an account

If you are trying to recover or find another Gems of War account, you can: 

  1. Select the Link button at the bottom of the screen before the game loads
  2. Select Account > Link to another account > Forgot your password? icon in the Settings menu from the World Map and follow the password resetting process.
