Available Platforms and Crossplay

Puzzle Quest 3 is available to play on PC, mobile (Android and iOS), Xbox and PlayStation.

Sony Players

Currently, due to platform agreements, there is no cross-play between SONY and any other platforms.

You cannot link your email to a SONY account.

Your PQ3 account is linked to the PSN account you are logged in to play on, so there is no need to attach an email for account recovery on a new PlayStation.

As long as you log in with the same PSN account, it will recover your PQ3 data from the cloud.

PlayStation Cross-generation play is available between Playstation 4 and PlayStation 5. You can play the same game account on PS4 or PS5 by opening the game while signed into the same PSN account you used to create your Puzzle Quest 3 account.

Again, you cannot link an email to a SONY account & currently, there is no crossplay

If you are on SONY and have fellow Kingdom members or friends in chat who are asking about emails, please let them know they cannot link their email & there is no cross-play.

XBOX Players

If you have started playing Puzzle Quest 3 on XBOX and later want to also play on a mobile device or on PC via Steam, you will need to attach an email to your account via the game settings.

Once you have linked your email and gotten your password, you can then use this to recover your account on PC/mobile: Linking your game account.

PC/Mobile Players

As you should have an email already linked and verified to your accounts, you can then use this information to recover your account on XBOX

Some players have experienced the following error when trying to jump back onto their XBOX to play PQ3 after linking an email. It’s easily resolved by clearing any old PQ3 account data, so you can then recover your account: [XBOX] Account already linked error
