Each CLIFFY error is a unique error code.
If you ever experience a CLIFFY error, please take a screenshot or photo and attach it to a ticket to our Support team as soon as possible.
Where possible, please include the following answers in your ticket;
- What game mode you were playing?
- What exact actions did you take before it appeared?
- For example, did you cast a specific spell, did you tap on a specific game mode icon, etc.
- If you were in a battle, what was your team composition and if possible, what was your opponent team?
If you find you keep getting a CLIFFY error in the same place, you only need to send our Support team one screenshot of the error.
Whereas if you are getting a CLIFFY error in different areas of the game, after taking different actions, please attach both screenshots.
An example of when to send multiple CLIFFY Errors:
If you are in the Underspire and get a CLIFFY error when trying to use a Torch, and then later get a CLIFFY error when casting a Spell in a PvP battle - we would want both CLIFFY errors, as they are likely two different issues
An example of when to you only need to send one:
If you are in a PvP battle and cast a spell and get a CLIFFY error. Then later you are in Faction battle, using the same troop and casting the same spell.
