Guild management, promotion/demotion and removing or adding players to a Guild is the sole responsibility of the Guild and it's members.
Gems of War Support will not make adjustments to the structure of a Guild. There are limited exceptions to this, where Support will make adjustments, such as:
- Members are breaking Community Guidelines
- Such as support has confirmed a player is maliciously joining Guilds to disband them, kick/demote players
- This player will have their account suspended
- We are not able to recover Guilds that have been disbanded

- Some instances where all but some members are inactive, and are not able to promote/demote others within the Guild
- Extremely rare circumstance. Only really covers for Guilds that are locked and inactive members have been away for an extensive period of time.

I was the Guild leader, and I have been demoted/kicked?
A Guild leader can only be demoted after being inactive for 21+ days. If you have been active, even just logging in, this countdown will be reset.
After this period whichever player is 2nd in Rank can demote and promote a new active Guild leader.
If you have been kicked or demoted, Support will not add you back into a Guild or promote you back to your original rank.
My Guild was disbanded.
As a Guild can only be disbanded by it's Leader, this could only happen if a leader has been inactive long enough for others to demote them and take their place.
Once a Guild has been disbanded, it no longer exists and cannot be recovered.
TIP: Ensure your Guild members at the highest ranks are players you trust. You can close your Guild so that new members cannot join. If you are concerned, you may need to stop playing without being able to make changes to your Guild structure.
We understand that life things happen, and players need to take breaks from playing!
These policies are in place so that other players within your Guild who are still active, are able to continue playing to their full potential.
