Guild Leader is inactive
If your Guild Leader is inactive for at least 21 Days, the highest ranking active members are able to demote the Guild Leader and promote themselves to Leader.
There can only be one Guild Leader per Guild. The original Guild Leader must be demoted before someone can promote themselves to be the new Leader. Generally, a player of a higher rank than you must be inactive to be removed from the Guild.
TIP: Inactive Guild members will have a red and white sleep icon next to their name on the Guild Roster. If you do not see this icon, they are not inactive.
Removing an inactive Guild Leader.
To demote, promote or kick someone from the Guild, select the inactive player's name. On the menu that appears, select the action you'd like to take.
Guild Leader is banned.
Note: Only the player who is banned can send through an appeal to Support.
If your Guild master or leader is banned and you need someone else to take over, you can contact support here and request that the next highest rank be promoted. We will only consider promoting someone within the 21 day inactivity period, if we can confirm they will not be unbanned and we will only promote the second in rank.
Should there be multiple in that ranking, we will promote whichever player has been in the Guild the longest.
Note: Most bans are permanent and your Leader may not be unbanned. Alternatively, you can wait until the leader has become inactive for at least 21 + days where they can then be kicked by the next highest rank in command.
