Playing through Daily/Weekly Reset

If you have not completed your battle before daily/weekly reset, you may get a message to let you know reset it taking place.


We advise you avoid playing through this period and complete all battles in advance, so there is no possibility of missing any rewards.


Similar to playing a Pet Rescue around the time it is due to end: Receiving Pet Event Rewards "The event has ended"


"Out-of-sync with the servers" error message

The error message "Error: Your game is out-of-sync with the servers. You will need to restart the game" may appear if you have Gems of War open on more than one device, such as on your smartphone as well as a computer. This error may also appear if you're attempting to hack the game in some cases or if you have a bad internet connection. Missing rewards

If you lost a battle due to this Out-of-sync error appearing, you can contact Support.


game modeProvide a screenshot of the error message and the exact date, time, and game-mode this occurred, and we can investigate the issue.

We are not able to provide compensation for potential rewards lost for not completing battles.
