If you are contributing millions of Gold to your Guild Tasks around Weekly Reset (7 AM GMT) or in an extremely small window of time, and as are others in your Guild, you may find you do not receive some of the rewards for these completed tasks.
This is caused by the game client not refreshing immediately after the daily reset has happened.
For example, if you were in the guild menu just before reset and then contributed after the reset happened, your client wouldn’t refresh so your contribution will be made to the previous week.
This can also occur if you and other members of the Guild are intentionally loading Gold into your Guild in a small timeframe. This overloads the server with information, as this is is not normal or int
Fixing the problem
To prevent this issue from occurring, spread out your Guild contributions throughout the week and collect your mail regularly. Also, remain in a Guild until all rewards are completed.
We will not provide compensation for Guilds that intentionally get multiple players to jump-in, flood Guild Tasks and leave, and repeat in another Guild.
This mass dumping of Gold floods the Guild data and can also cause other issues for players and the Guild.
