If you purchased an on-going subscription from the Shop or Offers, it will only apply each time you login to the game. 

Earning your purchase rewards

Subscription rewards are only given out when you log into the game, and have no timer on them (other than expiry date of mail sent).

This means that if you are unable to play the game or miss playing for the day, the subscription will continue from the next rewards or day listed. This means that you'll need to login each day to receive your rewards - you can't leave the game and login five days later to collect them all at once.

 E.g: If I collect the rewards from Day 9 of my subscription but can't play for a few days, when I log into the game later I will receive the rewards from Day 10 of my subscription, but I don't receive Day 11.

Purchasing multiple of the same subscription

When buying subscriptions, such as Daily Gems, Ring of Wonder or Daily Loot, you are able to purchase multiple at a time. This does not give you multiple of the same reward but instead will extend the period of time that subscription is active.

Any rewards for making the purchase itself, such as the Gold, Gems, Keys and Glory rewarded for purchasing the Ring of Wonder subscription, will be sent through with each purchase.

For example: If you have purchased 2 Daily Gem subscriptions, instead of running for 15 days (one subscription) it will last for 30 days. Giving you 15 Gems per day for the duration.
