Note: If a Storm is created, it is after any cast Spells are concluded.
For example, if you use the weapon 'Blades of Sand', which removes Green Gems if a Dust Storm is active. It will only trigger the Green Gem removal if the Dust Storm is already active, so not showing '8' at the bottom of the screen.
