If your Event Tokens, Badges and Medals aren't appearing in-game, check if the World Event has ended.
Event Tokens, Badges and Medals are only available during the World Event you earned them.
Once the World Event ends, your Event Tokens, Badges and Medals will be changed into Tokens, Badges and Medals of Seasons and can be used in your normal Medal Loadouts or used to enhance your Troops.
There will be a visual representation of the Event Tokens, Badges and Medals changing to Tokens, Badges and Medals of Seasons at the end of the World Events in one of the next 2 game updates.
